About
A short list is the whole point
Klip is a field guide to the best local Korean food in Seoul — the places Seoulites actually eat, not the ones that rank first on tourist apps. We keep every list to five or ten spots, because a list of fifty helps no one.
How we choose
Every place is visited before it goes on a list. There's no score out of ten — just what the place does well, what to order, and what to expect when you walk in: wait times, whether there's an English menu, whether it's comfortable to eat alone.
How it's organized
Browse by dish — gukbap, Korean BBQ, fried chicken, noodles — or by neighborhood. The guides cover the background: what a dish is and how to order it. The map ties it together so you can plan a route.
